Back then, Seri Bintang Utara was known as SK (P) Bukit Bintang (1) or in short BBGS1. It is a premier school which was launched on the 1st January 1958.

2. Sekolah Kebangsaan Tun Dr Ismail (1), Kuala Lumpur

This is another grade A school which is located on a 6 acres land and its only 12 kilometers away from the city center of Kuala Lumpur. It was launched on the 4th of May 1987 and the school was declared as a high performance school (SBT).
